From start to finish, this entire company has been beyond amazing. I cannot say enough great things about Tripp, Eladio, and Paulo and the rest of their entire crew. We had our pool original surfaced demo’d by them, resurfaced, and serviced for 6 months after the completion of the new surface. This company is top notch and doesn’t get much better when it comes to the service they provide. Very responsive to questions and issues that need to be addressed, honest, and very straight forward. I’ve been doing business with these guys for almost the last year and I haven’t had one issue, one complaint, or one bad thing I can say about this company. During construction, they always kept the site orderly and free of debris. Our pool was completed in such an expeditious amount of time. Eladio and his team, including his office staff, are awesome! We are also using DE Pools for our monthly pool service. Another plus!! We love our pool!
