D&E Pools is taking excellent care of our pool—it looks fantastic week after week and when there is anything to address they just handle it. I have got to know and work with Eladio on a routine basis at D&E Pools a few years back when I was working part time for a Townhome Association. D&E Pools maintained the pool there. He was always nice, attentive & courteous to the needs of the Association. A few years past and I called him to maintain my pool. I no longer live at the residence, but still own the home, and my pump went down. Eladio took pictures of the before and emailed them to me and explained what would be needed and why. We set up the installation date. Due to unforeseen circumstances he had to postpone the installation date, and instead of just not showing up he actually reached out to me and notified me ahead of time and explained the reason for the delay. Once the work was completed, he emailed me pictures of the final result.
