During construction, they always kept the site orderly and free of debris. Our pool was completed in such an expeditious amount of time. Eladio and his team, including his office staff, are awesome! We are also using DE Pools for our monthly pool service. Another plus!! We love our pool!
From start to finish, this entire company has been beyond amazing. I cannot say enough great things about Tripp, Eladio, and Paulo and the rest of their entire crew. We had our pool original surfaced demo’d by them, resurfaced, and serviced for 6 months after the completion of the new surface. This company is top notch and doesn’t get much better when it comes to the service they provide. Very responsive to questions and issues that need to be addressed, honest, and very straight forward. I’ve been doing business with these guys for almost the last year and I haven’t had one issue, one complaint, or one bad thing I can say about this company. I’m glad I stumbled upon them from a friend that referred them to me. They will treat you more than just another customer. I have got to know and work with Eladio on a routine basis at D&E Pools a few years back when I was working part time for a Townhome Association. D&E Pools maintained the pool there. He was always nice, attentive & courteous to the needs of the Association. A few years past and I called him to maintain my pool. I no longer live at the residence, but still own the home, and my pump went down. Eladio took pictures of the before and emailed them to me and explained what would be needed and why. We set up the installation date. Due to unforeseen circumstances he had to postpone the installation date, and instead of just not showing up he actually reached out to me and notified me ahead of time and explained the reason for the delay. Once the work was completed, he emailed me pictures of the final result.
